‘Good Girls Can Be Bad Azz Too’ is about empowerment and how
women can let themselves feel powerful in a way where they release energy out
of their system.. Whenever we go through something horrible, or whatever it may
be that is challenging.. We sometimes need a boost..
I like to go to the gym to lift weights and release my
energy by attending kickboxing classes and also training in boxing gyms.. Just
being in the gym, for me it mentally takes me elsewhere, and I perform for me,
its ‘me time’ and I like to focus on my well-being..
A physical activity can be a great release for physically
and mentally.. It is so important to have a getaway and allow yourself to just
let loose and have fun and forget about things.. You will see yourself
strengthen and have a certain poise and mentally clear things out of your
mind..
Let the gym be your place where you can be ‘Bad Azz’ and encourage
yourself to express your inner challenges by physically releasing energy..
